It is a pleasure to extend a warm welcome to all of you to our upcoming Hip & Knee Reconstruction Meeting with hands-on practice to be held in Athens , 20-21 June 2023 in honor of Professor Thomas P. Sculco.

This event promises to be an enriching and fulfilling experience for all attendees, with hands-on practices and engaging discussions.

As we gather to honor Professor Th. P. Sculco, we recognize the tremendous contributions he has made to the field of Orthopaedics and the Hellenic Orthopaedic Community through his contribution to the continuing education of Greek orthopaedic surgeons. His pioneering research, dedication to patient care, and commitment to education have inspired countless Orthopaedic surgeons and shaped the way we approach this important field. I would also like to express our gratitude to our donor Stavros Niarchos Foundation for their support and continuous contribution to our educational goals since 2005.

Through this event, we aim to continue Professor Sculco’s legacy by providing a platform for surgeons and healthcare professionals to learn, share their experiences and expertise, and engage in meaningful dialogue. The hands-on practices will allow attendees to learn practical skills and techniques, while the discussions and presentations will provide a deeper understanding of the latest research and advancements in the field.
